Cornwall is also the proud home of the Eden Project, an educational experience which puts on events and workshops to remind people what nature gives to us and to help people learn how to look after it in return.

Like any seaside town fish and chips in Cornwall are delicious, however that’s not all- the county is also famed for its gastro pubs, fine dining, tasty pastries and the one and only Fifteen Cornwall restaurant- opened by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
English chef and TV presenter Rick Stein has also set up camp in Cornwall with a whole host of restaurants and cafés, including The Seafood Restaurant , St Petroc’s Bistro, Rick Stein’s Café and Stein’s Fish & Chips. Each delicious establishment can be found within the Padstow region of Cornwall.

Newquay is also a popular Cornwall location often attracting surfers and those who fancy themselves as a pub crawling extraordinaire. The town centre is easy to walk around, filled with typical English pubs and has some brilliant beaches.
Newquay is pretty cheap and those who have never surfed before are recommended to book some lessons and take to the shore- after all it is the number one surfing location in the UK. Newquay is a popular location for young people, with numerous stag and hen dos descending on the town during the summer months: if you are not looking for a boozy weekend then other spots in Cornwall could be more to your liking.
