A new survey has found that over 50% of all hotel bookings are now made online, with small independent hotels seeing the largest rise. But, while we Brits may be embracing new technology, one thing remains unchanged: respondents in the UK argue that a tea and coffee maker is the most important amenity in a hotel. More
